MCA Admission on Vacant Seats for Academic year 2026-27
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADMISSIONS: Academic Year 2026-2027
As per ACPC guidelines (https://acpc.gujarat.gov.in/assets/uploads/media-uploader/sfi-guidelines-310720261785566933.pdf) to fill MCA vacant seats, A candidate seeking MCA admission at our college on Vacant seats has to submit his application form with all requisite documents, within the prescribed time limit.
Vacant seats shall be filled by the University by preparing merit list as per priorities order mentioned below:
- (i) Registered candidates having merit rank given by ACPC of 2026
- (ii) Not registered for ACPC counselling but appeared for CMAT 2026 based on obtained CMAT marks/score and
- (iii) all eligible aspiring candidates who have passed the qualifying Graduation exam with minimum eligibility criteria as prescribed in rule 5 of prevailing admission notification, but have neither qualified CMAT for the current year.
Eligibility Criteria:
Passed B.C.A/ B.Sc. (Computer Science)/ B.Sc. (IT) / B.E. (CSE)/ B.Tech. (CSE) / B.E. (IT) / B.Tech. (IT) or equivalent Degree. OR Passed any graduation degree (e.g.: B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc / B.Com. / B.A./ B. Voc./ etc.,) preferably with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation level Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying examination. (for students having no Mathematics background compulsory bridge course will be framed by the respective University/ Institution and additional bridge courses related to computer subjects as per the norms of the concerned University).
Fees:
The candidate has to submit his application with all requisite documents and an application fee of Rs. 500/- (Only for those who are not in merit of ACPC) at the concerned institution within the prescribed time limit. Download Application Form and Submit to the Institute Office.
