Prime Group of Institutions established in 2016 and it has the environment to cultivate the students such that students can show case their talents and ideas in innovative way. The Institute for Excellence in Engineering Education in the Prime Group of Institutions specialises in education research and delivery of innovative and effective international materials in engineering underground-use courses, as well as assessment.
Our faculty design and teaching environment brings guidance and Diploma Engineering courses that span multiple majors using methods that promote conceptual understanding and student retention. We perform research into the effectiveness of learning methods, and continually strive to improve and adapt course content and delivery methods to serve students and faculty throughout the Prime Group of Institutions.
Prime Group of Institutions organizes various technical and non-technical events to meet the industry needs and for holistic development of students. Each department has well equipped laboratory to work on projects sponsored by various organizations.
The aim of modern higher technical education as envisaged by renowned educationists is to facilitate the students to master the entire gamut of skills required of a successful professional. The role of such centers of excellence that abide by this basic principle is far reaching. They not only fulfill the career aspirations of the students but also fuel the needs of regional and national development. PIET has emerged as an oasis of modern technical education in Gujarat. It has taken the onerous responsibility of providing quality and meaningful education. Globalization and fast changing technologies integrated with modern managerial procedures have added new dimension to the method and scope of professional and technical learning. PIET has taken cognizance to these new challenges.
